Description

The high-performance optical transceiver module launched by Chengdu Xinrui Technology adopts a miniaturized SFP package, supports hot swapping, and is convenient for flexible deployment and maintenance. It is equipped with a single-fiber bidirectional SC interface, powered by a 3.3V power supply, compatible with the SFF-8472 protocol, and adopts an all-domestic production scheme. The product grade reaches the military and industrial level, and it can work stably in a wide temperature environment of -40℃~+85℃ with extremely high reliability.


The transmission rate of this module is 2.488Gbps. The transmitting end uses 1310nm wavelength burst transmission, and the receiving end continuously receives at 1490nm wavelength. When paired with single-mode fiber, the transmission distance can reach 20km, and it has a digital diagnostic function to monitor the operating status in real time.


In terms of performance parameters, the transmitting end has a differential data input amplitude of 200-1200mVPP, a differential input impedance of 90-110ohm, an average transmit optical power of 0-5dBm, and an extinction ratio of not less than 8.2dB; the receiving end has a differential data output amplitude of 300-1200mVPP, a differential output impedance of 90-110ohm, a receiving sensitivity of -26dBm, and a saturation optical power of -7dBm, ensuring efficient signal transmission.


In terms of power consumption, the maximum power consumption is only 1W, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. It is widely used in gigabit optical networks and other optical link scenarios, providing stable and high-speed optical signal transmission solutions for various communication systems.
