At the hardware level, they adopt a 3.3V low-power design (≤1W), LVTTL logic level, and ≥8kV ESD protection to enhance anti-interference performance. Optional metal shell customization solutions (EMI suppression ≤30dB) are available. They have passed military-industrial grade (-45℃~85℃) or military extended grade (-55℃~85℃) wide temperature certification and IEC 60068 vibration test, and can withstand harsh conditions such as strong electromagnetic interference, high humidity, and mechanical shock, with an MTBF of over 200,000 hours. The product deeply supports protocol privatization and flexible wavelength configuration, and is widely used in scenarios such as smart factories, power relay protection, oil and gas monitoring, and rail transit.
