Gigac Technology's 40G QSFP+ to 4xSFP+ high-speed cable assemblies (DTQPP-Q4P* series) utilize a hot-swappable QSFP+/SFP+ form factor, supporting splitting a single 40Gbps port into four independent 10.3Gbps channels. Compliant with the QSFP+ MSA standard, they utilize 24/30AWG copper cable for transmission lengths up to 7 meters. They support a single +3.3V power supply, a wide operating temperature range of 0-70°C (case temperature), and integrated DDM diagnostics. Flexible cable length options are available: cable lengths (0.5-7 meters) are identified by the last three digits of the model number (e.g., 025 = 2.5 meters), and the cable diameter automatically matches the cable length (30AWG ≤ 3 meters, 24AWG > 3 meters). Designed specifically for 40G Ethernet architectures in data centers, they can directly connect to 40G switches and 10G SFP+ devices. They are ideal for server cluster expansion and heterogeneous network convergence, significantly reducing network upgrade costs and cabling complexity.
