The Mini-SFF 10-pin CWDM series dual-fiber optical transceiver module is a miniaturized optical communication module designed for long-distance, high-reliability scenarios, providing stable and efficient 1.25Gb/s data transmission in harsh environments. Featuring an ultra-compact USOT 10-pin package and a duplex LC optical interface, the module supports long-distance transmission up to 120 km over single-mode fiber (SMF). Powered by a single 3.3V power supply, it simplifies system design, balancing low power consumption with ease of integration. Its all-metal housing and vibration-resistant structure significantly enhance mechanical strength and heat dissipation, ensuring long-term reliability under harsh conditions such as high vibration and a wide operating temperature range (military industrial grade: -40°C to 85°C / military extended industrial grade: -55°C to 85°C). Low electromagnetic interference (EMI) circuitry and Level 4 electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection effectively resist environmental interference, ensuring operational safety in compliance with IEC-60825 Class I laser safety standards.
With its ultra-small size and high environmental adaptability, this module is widely used in the synchronous signal transmission of digital radar arrays, meeting the stringent requirements of phased array systems for low latency and anti-interference; building resistant communication links in high-intensity electronic countermeasures equipment, and supporting data interaction in complex electromagnetic environments; at the same time, it provides hardware-level protection for long-distance point-to-point fiber-optic communications in energy, military and other fields, and can also be expanded to optical link scenarios such as industrial automation and remote monitoring. It is an ideal choice for high-reliability optical connections in compact equipment.
