Description

Gigac Technology's 850nm 24-transmitter, 24-receiver POB parallel optical module utilizes 24 pairs of VCSEL transmitters and a PIN photodiode receiver array. Operating at an 850nm wavelength, it supports multimode fiber transmission and achieves ultra-high-density optical interconnection through a full-duplex 24-channel parallel architecture. With single-channel rates exceeding 25Gbps and total bandwidth exceeding 600Gbps, it is suitable for ultra-high-speed data transmission over very short distances (such as chip-to-chip and board-level millimeter-level interconnects). Its design offers higher integration and packaging density, while optimizing signal integrity and power management. It meets the ultra-high bandwidth and low latency requirements of scenarios such as data center leaf-spine networks, supercomputing clusters, artificial intelligence training platforms, and high-density radar signal processing systems. For pigtail lengths <50mm, flat fiber options are available without springs.

The standard pigtail length tolerance is ±L*5%.
