1.25G Duplex 1x9 Optical Transceiver offers highly flexible power configurations and excellent optoelectronic performance. Key features include optional single +3.3V or +5.0V power supply options to meet diverse energy management needs. Housed in a compact 1x9-pin package, the module integrates dual-rate 1.25Gbps data transmission capabilities, supporting full-duplex high-speed communication. The optical interface offers three standard metalized SC/FC/ST connector options, ensuring mechanical stability and electromagnetic interference resistance.
In terms of optical transmission, the module covers a quad-band operating window from 850nm to 1550nm, adapting to diverse application scenarios. It supports short-haul transmission of up to 2km using 50/125μm multimode fiber, and extends the transmission distance to 120km using 9/125μm single-mode fiber, meeting the interconnection needs of metropolitan area networks and wide area networks. The signal interface utilizes standard LVPECL logic levels, with optional LVTTL or LVPECL outputs with signal detection, enabling seamless integration with mainstream communications equipment.
The product's differentiated temperature design expands its application boundaries: the standard model supports ambient temperatures from 0°C to +70°C, while the industrial-grade version operates stably in extreme conditions from -40°C to +85°C. This module is particularly suitable for Fast Ethernet upgrades, Fibre Channel capacity expansion, and various customized fiber optic link construction, providing a reliable high-speed optical interconnect solution for data centers, telecom base stations, and industrial control.
