The high-performance four-channel parallel optical transceiver module launched by Chengdu Gigac Technology adopts SNAP12 packaging with a heat sink column, and is specially designed for high-speed short-distance data transmission.
This module supports single-channel transmission at a rate of 6.25Gbps. The 4-channel parallel design enables high-density data interaction. The high-speed data differential I/O ports are compatible with CML/LVDS levels, adapt to 50μm multimode flat ribbon optical fibers, and achieve efficient connection through the MPO interface. It is powered by a single +3.3V power supply, equipped with an I2C serial data interface, and its compact structure meets the requirements of high-density deployment.
The product is of military-industrial grade (J), with an operating temperature range of -40℃~+85℃, suitable for harsh environments. It has excellent optical characteristics: the transmitting end has a central wavelength of 840~860nm, an average optical power of -5~0dBm, and an extinction ratio of ≥3dB; the receiving end has a wavelength range of 840~860nm and a sensitivity of ≤-12dBm (test conditions: 50μm multimode optical fiber, PRBS2³¹-1). In terms of electrical properties, the transmitting end has a differential input voltage of 200~1600mVpp and an input impedance of 90~110Ω; the receiving end has a differential output voltage of 290~440mVpp and an output impedance of 90~110Ω, ensuring stable signal transmission.
